All returns must be in pristine, new condition, suitable for resale as a new item.

  All returned packages must be returned unopened in the original packaging.

  All returns (including packages) must be returned unused and uninstalled.

When returned items do not comply with our return policy/conditions, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be contacted to arrange for disposition of the returned item.

Due To Your Error: Subject to the restrictions below, we will gladly accept these parts in return and will be glad to assist you in obtaining the correct replacement part.  We will deduct our actual cost of shipping from your refund.  We will also, at our discretion, charge a restocking fee of 20% per returned part, or $10.00 per order.  We reserve the right to waive or reduce the restocking and/or shipping fees if you re-order the correct replacement part from us.

Due To Our Error: You will not be penalized in any way for our mistakes.  Upon return of the part, we will refund your purchase price and return shipping cost.  We recommend that you return the item with a carrier that will document your cost of return shipment on the package itself for an efficient and accurate refund of your return shipment costs.  If we cannot determine this information from the packaging, we will do a cost analysis by the weight of the returned item and refund the shipping rate up to $9.95

Return Fees: We will deduct our actual cost of shipping from your refund.  PLUS, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% per part or $10.00 per order, whichever is greater.  All return fees are waived if the problem arose from our mistake.

Refused Shipments: We will issue a partial refund for any shipments that are refused and returned to us.  We will, at our discretion, charge a restocking fee up to 20% or $10.00, plus double our actual cost of shipping. In most cases, our actual shipping costs will exceed the amount we have charged you

Typographical Errors:

We have made every effort to display captions/pricing of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible.  In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right , at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.  In the event that an item is mis-priced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
